📬Withdrawing Bitcoin

If you would like to withdraw your balance in Bitcoin, first you must click "My profile" in the top right corner of the header on desktop or in the footer on mobile.

Then select "Withdraw" on the menu.

Next select "Bitcoin" on the withdrawal options pop up.

You will see the following modal below. Enter the bitcoin address that you would like to receive your withdrawal, this can be any wallet or exchange.

You will also see the live conversion between the credits you are withdrawing and bitcoin / USD.

The current network fee will be subtracted from your withdrawal amount when it is processed.

Will I have to submit KYC?

We do not require KYC at any times in our casino.

What are AML Laws?

Your account will unlock withdrawals after you have wagered $69 volume of deposited credits. This is to avoid money laundering automation.

Are there any withdrawal limits?

There are no withdrawal limits in our casino.

How long does it usually take?

Most withdrawals are processed in 2-3 hours. Withdrawals can sometimes take up to 24 hours in some circumstances. Open

How to track the progress of withdrawals

Once you have submitted your withdrawal, you can view them in the history tab on your profile. See Account History.

If your withdrawal has been processing for over 48 hours please open a ticket in our discord and we will respond promptly.

If a withdrawal has been marked as cancelled in your account history, please check your email or open a discord ticket for further information and we will resolve it.

Can I withdraw any other currencies?

At the moment, users can only withdraw in BTC or Ordinals. We will soon be adding the functionality to withdraw in other cryptocurrencies as well.
